    Grande Ronde River: update 21.

    NOTE: No reports sent for the last two weeks and was incomplete three weeks ago. Catch rate
    index was 3.0, no survey, and 6.2 hr/fish for the lower GR in Oregon, 5.1, no survey, and 5.1
    hr/fish for the lower GR in Washington, 4.8, 3.8, and 3.4 hr/fish for the Wallowa, 8.5, 3.1, and
    3.4 hr/fish for Rondowa, and 6.6, 5.3 hr/fish and no survey for the Imnaha, for January31-
    February 6, February 7-13, and February 14-20, respectively.
