To CEASE AND DESIST from any further action in regards to Deed of Trust #
__________ , filed in ANY County Recorders Office, ANY county, Utah.

DEMAND IS MADE

Any and all records, assets, and items belonging to said trust are here by demanded to be
turned over to the Trustor, John H. Smith, immediately.

Any and all monies received for and on behalf of the trust are to be immediately
surrendered to the new trustee, Bill B. Brown, c/o 123 Main, Anytown, Utah, non-
domestic, to include any monies received by sale of the promissory note signed by John
H. Smith and tendered on the date of _____________ to the agent for the TITLE
COMPANY (prior trustee in fraud), and sold by the BANK (previous lender in fraud)
and being held by BANK in trust.
