Procedure

1. The length of the tangent, length of arc and chain point tangent was calculated
from the given data before the site work starts.
2. The picket was placed on working site as a remark for theodolite placement.
3. Then the theodolite was set up and the bubble was centered.
4. After that, a tree was chosen as a reference object with a 0° angle.
5. The theodolite was tilt to the calculated bearing. Measuring tape was used to
determine the distance to place the arrows.
6. Step 5 was repeated until the end of site work.

i. Tb=150 tan 22°/2


= 29.16m

ii. Lb=150 22°/180°
