Pursuant to the authority given by Article 5 of the Company’s article of Association, we,
the undersigned, being all the directors of the Company for the time being in Malaysia,
do hereby RESOLVE:

OPENING OF CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH MYPEC BANK

THAT MYPEC BANK of 22 nd Floor, Menara Safuan, No. 80, Jalan Ampang, 50450
Kuala Lumpur be and is hereby authorized to open an account in the name of DE’ LIKE
FOOD TRADING SDN BHD. and is further authorized and requested to pay all
cheques purporting to be drawn on behalf of the company all bills and promissory notes
expressed to be accepted or made on behalf the company payable at the Bank and to debit
the same to the account kept with them by the said company, whether such account be in
credit or otherwise; provided that they are signed in the following manner:-

Both of the following authorized signatories:-

1. Mohd Zulkifli Bin Mat Juso (I/C No. 10343-02)

2. Mohd Aznor Bin Mohd Idrus (I/C No. 10311-02)

THAT the specimen signatures of the persons at present authorized to sign under this
resolution be furnished to the said Bank, and THAT they be advised in writing of all
changes which may take place in the same from time to time; and THAT it remains in
force until receipt by the said Bank of a copy of a resolution to be passed by the
said Company rescinding the same; THAT a copy of the Memorandum & Articles of
Association of the Company be also furnished to the Bank.
