OBJECTIVE OF STUDY

 To understand and analyse cash management of Aluminum industry by studying different

elements of working capital
 To study various parameters across different years of comparison, with different
competitor (BALCO, HINDALCO)

 RESEARCH METHODLOGY

STEP 1: DEFINE RESEARCH PROBLEM

The research is being done to understand cash management of two company.

STEP 2: REVIEW THE LITERATURE

The literature review of this project is to see what the different method adopted by these two co
in terms of cash management

STEP 3: DESIGN RESEARCH

 RESEARCH DESIGN:-As for the research design the descriptive research has been
chosen so as to analyze the perception of the consumers.

STEP 4: COLLECT DATA

 SECONDRY DATA:–That is been collected through company site, magazine and reports
of company

STEP 5: ANALYSE DATA

In this research the analysis of the data has been done from various tables.

STEP 6: INTERPRET THE DATA

The last step in this is the interpretation of data which is done on the basis of the above steps. Is
the matter of fact that the real value of research is been drawn out to arrive at generalization.
