Dear Sir/ Madam,

Complaint About Bad Se rvices

0n March 20, I took my mother to the hospital to take a medicine at 11:30 a.m. as
appointment letter. When I arrived at the hospital, that no have staff at service counter at 4 th
floor. After 2 hours I waited for to see the doctor, one of the staff inform to me that my
appointment will be cancel. I really disappointed when my appointment is delay to other day
without any early information.

At the same time, staff at the service counter is not very friendly with the patient. I also saw
that the staff eating at the counter before lunch hour. Its showed that the hospital has not
take it this problem seriously.

I hope your hospital give serious attention to this matter and take a immediate action. I would
appreciate if you could settle this problem immediately .
