    Subject: Prayer for issuing Petty Cash.

    Dear Sir

    We would like to inform you that our second expansion phase is going on in full swing. During
    this project implementation period, we need to purchase office stationeries, a huge quantity of
    Stamp papers for agreements, maintenance of office vehicle and fuel for these vehicles. At
    present 40,000 Tk. is issued as petty cash against Mr. Rizvi the Manager (Project) and 20,000 Tk.
    is issued against Mr. Sohidur the DM (Project), which amounts in total 60,000 Tk. Only. This is
    also for your kind information that GM (SE) does not draw any petty cash for the project
    purpose. This is becoming very difficult to manage all these expenses of the wing.

    So, you are requested to approve at least 20,000 Tk. as petty cash against me.
