outsource services which has involvement of IT in diff fields like Finance & banking, Insurance,
telecommunication. ITES also has a part called BPO Business Process Outsourcing BPO in itself again is a
huge field the latest development in ITES field is BPO.

BPO is typically categorized into back office outsourcing - which includes internal business functions such

as human resources or finance and accounting, and front office outsourcing- which includes customer-
related services such as contact center services.
