Letter of Authorisation/Availability

This is to confirm that I Syed Safdar Ali am available for the position of Bridge Design Engineer
or any other suitable position for the projects-
1. Independent Engineering Services for the works of 6 laning of Krishnagiri to Walahjpet section of
NH-46 from km 0.00 to km 148.300 in the state of Tamil Nadu to be executed as BOT (Toll) on
DBFO pattern under NHDP Phase V

2. Independent Engineer for the work of Six Laning from km 102.035 to km 144.740 on Chengapalli to
Start of Coimbatore bypass and Four laning from km 170.940 to km 183.060 on end of Coimbatore
bypass to TN/Kerala Border Section of NH-47 in the state of Tamil Nadu under NHDP Phase II on
DBFOT (Toll) Basis

on behalf of the firm Theme Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. from August, 2010 onwards. I authorize
Theme Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd to propose my resume for the captioned project and confirm my
interest and availability to work on this project till completion of the assignment. I am giving an
undertaking that I have not given any consent to any other firm for the same project. If I leave this
assignment in the middle of the completion of the work, NHAI would be at liberty to debar me from
taking assignment in any of the NHAI works for an appropriate period to be decided by NHAI. I have
also no objection if my services are extended by NHAI for this work in future.
