    John Lennon and Yoko Ono seemed to have one of the more stable marriages
    among the rich and famous, until Lennon’s assassination in New York in 1980.
    In one respect, theirs was a cross-cultural adventure in love, she being
    Japanese and he British. What elements do you think are necessary to bridge
    the cultural divide in such relationships? Are cross-cultural relationships more of
    a gamble than a relationship between two people from the same culture? If so,
    in what ways? If not, why not?
