Rules and Regulations:

 The event consists of two rounds. The first round will be held for the purposes of selecting 6
teams that will participate in the second round to be held on campus.
 Each team should comprise of 3 members who are full time MBA students from the same
institute
 Registrations open at www.sibmtranscend.com
 Registration on the website is mandatory for the entries to be valid
 Multiple registrations are not allowed
 A person cannot be part of more than 1 team
 There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute
 No entries shall be accepted after the deadline for registration
 All team members are required to have their valid college ID with them during the on-campus
round
 The decision of organizers and panel of judges will be final and binding on all participants

ROUND 1: Online Round

 Date of Round 1: February 5th, 2011
 Time: 2200 hrs – 2330 hrs
 The round will comprise of various types of questions that test supply chain concepts including
network design, logistics, inventory, performance analysis etc.
  The questions PDF will be made available for download on the Event Website at 2200 hrs,
05-02-2011. In addition, it will be mailed to all the registered teams.
 The time limit for the completion of Round 1 is 90 minutes
 In the event of a tie, the entry submitted earlier will be given precedence
 Each team should submit only one entry
 Results of Round 1 will be announced on February 6th, 2011
 Upon confirmation of participation, the details of Round 2 will be sent to the teams on February
7th, 2011

ROUND 2: On Campus Round

Details will be communicated to the shortlisted teams at a later date.
