b) Our possible changes after reviewing the 1st year financial performance, we have decided to
substitute stamdfordLD to Ho royal and emphasize more on sustainability than CSR.

7) In an organization point of view, it will motivate and encourage employees to strive harder to achieve
better performance. Organization wants to fully utilize the manpower they have. In an employee’s
perspective, it might come as a stressful requirements and it might be tougher for them due to
uncontrollable economic fluctuation.
