• Incase of Night halt, the accommodation with all meals to be provided for 3 crew members will
be charged extra or in minimum 3 star hotel. The hotel name is to be advised in advance for
approval by ours.
• Payment should be made before we fly from UDAIPUR to Bhilwara Helipad.
• Transportation of 1 vehicle to be provided for the staff and crew at airport for their conveniency.
• If fuel positioning is involved, the cost for the same is to be borne by customer or else customer
can make direct arrangement of the fuel to be positioned as per the requirement.
• All payments will have to be made in advance prior to take off from Ahmedabad Airport,
Ahmedabad.
• All permissions from local Collector, local Police to be provided by customer, prior to take off
from Ahmedabad Airport.
• All landing permissions to be provided by customer, prior to take off from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• If there is flower dropping or photography, separate permissions from DGCA and local
authorities is to be provided by customer in advance.
• Incase of any foreign entity is boarding on helicopter, please provide copy of passport in
advance.
• Airport Charges of Udaipur will be charged extra on actuals and will be invoice saperately.
• Take-off and Landing of helicopter will have to be schedules in advance and all the passengers
details should be provided prior to the 24 hours of flying.
