The Challenge: Throughout history there have been multiple terrorist attacks in the United
States and many of them have involved agrochemicals. In the past ten years the realization
that agrochemicals need to be safeguarded has become wide-spread. It is known that
agrochemicals can be used to produce explosives, aid in the production of methamphetamine,
as well as pose a chemical hazard to emergency responders as well as citizens.

The Solution: With Red & Blue's team of experts at the helm a program was designed to
educate local policy-makers on the hazards of agrochemicals as well as the necessary
safegurds. The presentation included a history of terrorism involving agrochemicals, how to
safeguard agrochemicals, how to protect first responders, as well as many other topics.
