    Performance board (size is 1000mm x 590mm) at the end of the line used to communicated the outcome the teams have achieved in driving up performance in OEE, reduction in give away and floor waste. Records the performance between the two shifts for the week and shows the previous weeks performance for comparison. The performance for the month is recorded on a separate board used in the production morning meeting area in the factory. I will upload this later.
