The above table is showing the pattern of switching the mobile phone users from one to another
service. The table is evident that a behavior of switching is obtained from all brands to other brands
further that this behavior is tested by the chi square test of association which results that the
association between the switching from previous to current brand is approximately (37.7%) which is
significant (χ2= 32.315 with p-value = 0.01) and it refers that there is a significant association between
the current and previously used brand. It is obviously due to any one of the brand loosing his share to
determine this effect we asked about the preference of the customers in terms of ((()))). Also the mean
preferences were observed and tested their uniformity (Similarities) by the chi square test of uniformity
and it results as.

The above table is showing that the average preferences are not same (Uniform) and most of the
persons i.e. 140 (around 70%) of the respondents agreed with the objective that they switched their
cellular network due to the factors ((()))

Previous Current
Male 38% 32%
Female 42% 58%

Further analysis is showing that the share of the mobilink is decreased in male but increased in female
so there may be share of mobilink not goes down but there is a significant role of the gender is found on
