Thank you so much for having a Thirty-One Catalog/Online show! I know you will
be surprised at how easy it is to have a catalog show and get lots of
FREE product! I have included several things in your hostess packet that will
help you get started– catalogs, order forms and the monthly specials. All
checks should made out to you and then you will write one check to me or use a
debit/credit card. If a customer would like to pay by credit card, we accept
all major credit cards. Don’t forget to invite friends and family to shop
online at my website www . mythirtyone . com / Bell31- Click on ‘My Events’ then
‘Shop Now’ beside your event to credit your show. Their card will not be
charged until I submit the show. I know you can have a successful show by
following the following steps.
•
•Invite anyone you can by email to view your ‘Online’ Event. Here they will be
able to view the catalog, place orders, and message me with any questions or
details.
•Email, Call, Facebook, or Twitter EVERYONE that you are having a party. Give

•Our Party Goal is $500 so you get $75 in FREE products, 3 ½ Price Items,
Monthly Hostess Special, FREE SHIPPING, and Hostess Exclusive Item.(Pg 4 In
Catalog)
•Show the catalogs to ANYONE that you are around for very long. You never know
who might be interested!
•Remind EVERYONE of the Monthly Customer Special by showing the flier in your
Hostess Packet.
•2 Days Before your closing date call, email, facebook, etc. as a reminder you
are about to close your show.
If you get bookings from your catalog Party you will receive a gift! $5 to
spend at their party.

If you get 3 bookings you get an additional FREE gift from me when the 3rd
Party is held!
So…you have your Party To Go and now you just need to make that wish list. I
am so excited for you and can’t wait to see all the goodies you will get!
Remember, the higher your sales the more FREE and ½ price products you will
receive! Also, you will receive the hostess incentive included on the Monthly
Specials! So tell your friends and family how fun and easy it is to be a
Thirty-One hostess and tell them about your free stuff!

 Thank you so much for hosting your own Thirty-One show! We are going to have
tons of fun. Thirty-One shows are very easy to host so don’t get stressed out or
feel like you have to make lots of special plans or goodies for your show. Keep
it simple! Tell everyone you know about all the great gifts from Thirty-One,
invite them to get together at your house for a Girls NiteOut, put on a pot of
coffee or make some iced tea, then sit back and enjoy! Let me work for 2 hours
while you have a relaxed time with the girls.
Our motto at Thirty-One is CELEBRATE | ENCOURAGE | REWARD. This will be a
great time to celebrate the gift of friendship and encourage those who come into
your home with kind words and hospitality. You will, in turn, reward yourself
with close friendships…and FREE Thirty-One products!
 
I have included several things in your hostess packet that will help you get
started – catalogs, order forms, & a hostess guide to success, as well as the
Monthly Special Fliers.
 
To have the best show possible just follow these few simple steps!
•Over invite!! Only 1/2 to 1/3 of your invited guests will actually attend so
you will want to provide me 30-40 addresses to ensure the best attendance.
•Get 3 -5 Outside orders before your show… especially from those that can’t
attend.
•Have at least 12 buying guest at your show.
•Guests may view the catalog/place orders and those that cannot come to your
party but want to order can go to my website– www . mythirtyone . com / Bell31. 
Just go to the bottom of the page, click on “My Events” and click ‘Shop Now’ after
your name.  It’s very simple and much easier for you than collecting the orders
and payments.
•Take in any additional orders between the day of and closing your show. Usually
2 days.
If you are willing to do these simple steps I guarantee you will have great
success!! You will be able to earn what you want for free and earn extra half off
items.
•Fill out that wishlist and let’s have a great show! I can’t wait to see what
goodies you will be rewarded with!
If you get two - three parties booked from your show then I will give you a FREE
gift, on the closing of that 3rd Party.
 
Your show will be placed on my website. You can give this to any one you know

If you need to cancel your show please give me a 2 week notice. This is my full
time job and if I do not have your show I do not work for the night. I will need
this time to insure another booking can be made in its place.

Just a few things to be thinking about before your party:
•I will arrive 30 minutes before your show and I will need a place to set
up my display.
•Make a guest list of at least 30-40. OVER INVITE ! The more guests and
orders = the more FREE stuff you get! I have included a few post card
invitations for you to mail or hand out.
• Make a “wish list” of the items you would like to get FREE and ½ price.
•Take any orders before your show (3-5) from guests that can’t attend. This
will really boost your sales!
•Also, the guests that can’t attend may order online through your party @
my website: www . mythirtyone . com / Bell31 They just go to the bottom of
the page, click on ‘My Events’ then ‘Shop Now’ next to your name. It’s easier
on you than collecting orders & payments.
•You might want to have a few light snacks out for your guests. Keep it
simple.
•We will close your party within 2 days of your show for any of those
guests that can’t attend. They can still place orders.
•If you get THREE parties booked from your show then I will give you a
FREE gift!
