ABSTRACT

In day to day life fuel demand increases with increasing population and
changing life style. Hydrogen is a perfect fuel than any other renewable sources
because it is easily available by breaking of water molecule, oxygen and hydrogen
is a product. Hydrogen is totally combustible with no emission O2 is also obviously
need of environment. Hydrogen has a great potential as an environmentally clean
energy fuel and as a way to reduce reliance on imported energy sources. It has
world’s lightest abundant and explosive elements. Sun burns eleven billion pounds
of hydrogen pr second who give energy and light. Hydrogen is considered as energy
storage medium. It is a heart of all fossil fuels. But hydrogen storage ,
transportation and production method is major challenge to use hydrogen in place
of fossil fuels ( gasoline). This problem solves by A new developed method "NEW
TECHOLOGY FOR GENERATION OF HYDROGEN USING ALUMINUM AND GALLIUM
ALLLOY" which is more suitable than other hydrogen production method.

Aluminum is most abundant and cheap element. Aluminum reacts with water to
produce hydrogen. This is not possible because Al2O3 layer is formed which
prevents further oxidation of aluminum. For complete oxidation of aluminum Al and
Ga alloy prepared which help the aluminum to stay in molten state and molten
reacts with water produces hydrogen suitably. Al and Ga totally recycle in this
process in most economic way. This processes more suitable for hydrogen economy
which must replace all fossil fuels with environmental friendly atmosphere.
