    The Concept: The students have to choose a problem related to any Environmental issues and list:
     
    a. The problem statement
    b. A proposed solution 
    c. Why was this problem selected?
    d. Feasibility and the estimated reach in terms of social returns and the calculations done to     achieve
    that.
     
    2. Implementation steps for the solution: A step by step implementation path.
      
    3. Plan of using Jagran tools: Dainik Jagran has the following media tools to assist in the cause
