Voice-Over Patrol, KOMU.com/Desk Editor, Production Assistant, Around the State Anchor
-Attend assignment meeting and pitch original story ideas
-Shoot video, interview multiple people, and conduct story research
-Write web story
-Capture and transfer clips, and then edit 25 seconds of video with a 10 second sound bite, and write script for 10 pm
-Cut and post 5 pm & 6 pm newscasts and weather to web
-Edit reporters’ stories, attach video and pictures, and post to web
-Monitor news wires, highway patrol, and police scanners for stories
-Capture national video from NBC, edit into teases and voice-overs for nightly newscasts
