Demand Housing & Dignity for Low-Income New Yorkers Living with HIV/AIDS! Thousands of low-income New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS and their families enrolled in HASAʼs rental assistance program are at risk of becoming homeless because state law denies them affordable housing. Nearly two thousand additional HASA clients are homeless in the shelter system. Brown Memorial Baptist Church and VOCAL-NY are holding a Town Hall in one of the most impacted neighborhoods in New York City to build public support for preventing homelessness among low-income New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS.
