INTRODUCTION

“RTO Management System” has been designed to automate the process of registration of vehicle, issuing driving license
process and renewal and maintenance of various related documents. Through this system one can perform on maximum
services of RTO, providing the fast response to store and retrieve information which overcomes all the limitations of
existing system, currently all the work is done manually which requires more time and man power so this can be
prevented by managing all the work in computerized manner.

Advantages of using this system:

1. Computerization due to increase of motor vehicular crime rate.

2. Building a national register of vehicles.

3. Increased revenue since enforcement staff has more time for field jobs.

4. Only deserving candidates get Driving Licenses.

5. Fast retrieval of documents when required by any law-enforcing agency

the user to see any documents, source code, tasks, activities, team information with details at the click of a button. The record
data is maintained and backed up such a way that data is not loss.
