    Arthritis
      Foundation to help you
    honor the relationship you’ve built
    with your doctor or other healthcare professionals. Visit http://lmt.arthritis.

    provider. All nominated healthcare providers will be recognized at the Katy Brown & Dr. David Batt
    Indianapolis Arthritis Walk on June 4.

    Join us on Thursday, April 14th at the Mansion at Oak Hill in Carmel for the 2011 Indianapolis Arthritis Walk
    Kick off. The event will take place from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Meet the 2011 planing committee and hear what new
    and exciting things they have planned for you this year. We will also be giving out service awards to team cap-
    tains who have been with us for the past six years.
