WHY??

Opportunity for friendships and fellowship;

Create safety for children and residents;
PCNA is NOT a Home Owner’s Association;
Team with local and other community members
to create unity; Create a community garden!

WHY DUES, IF NOT A HOME OWNER’S ASSOCIATION?? $30 per household per year

Invest in the safety of our neighborhood; So far PCNA:

o Had the City put up a ‘speed trailer’ to see if there was a speeding problem in
our neighborhood;
o Intend to purchase ‘slow down’ signs for motorists to remember we have a lot
of children and pets in our neighborhood;
o Helped in getting the sidewalks installed on Tratt Street and Skyway Park; able
to get mulch installed at Walton Oaks Park. The City will also be getting lights
installed on Tratt Street along new sidewalk;
Provide funds for improvement for our Parks;
Provide funds for the neighborhood picnic and other social gatherings;
