MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the above said matter is pending before this Hon’ble

Tribunal and is fixed for 22.01.11 for conciliation.

2. That the Hon’ble Tribunal was pleased to pass an interim award

of Rs. 50,000/- against the respondent no. 3 i.e. ICICI Lombard
General insurance Co. Ltd. and in favour of the petitioners/
applicant no. 1 & 2 i.e. Neelu Suneja and Gulshan Kumar Suneja
on 23.09.2010. That the Respondent no. 3 has already deposited
the said cheques in this Hon’ble Court.

PRAYER

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Tribunal

may kindly be pleased to release the interim award’s cheque
issued in favour of the petitioners/ applicants No. 1 and 2 in the
interest of justice.
