    MARCH 12, 2011 downstate millionaires and Wall Street a huge tax break—and at the
    same time voted for major cuts to services that will:
    Keep Millionaires • lay off teachers and cut after-school programs
    Tax, Restore Upstate • cut prescription coverage for seniors
    School Cuts • lay off firefighters and police
    • eliminate job training and placement
    • slash services for abused and homeless children

    It’s time for us to tell Senator Robach to stand up for our communities.
