SALE PROMISE DOCUMENT

In Loja City, at February fourth of 2011, is celebrated the present document.

ONE. - PARTIES. In this document Participates like an only party, Mrs. CARMITA
ANGELA MICHILENA, the Owner of a house that is located in Quito City (Ecuador).

TWO. - RECORD. 2.1 Mrs. CARMITA ANGELA MICHILENA is the owner of a house on
horizontal property that is signed with the number seventy eight, and is located in the
residential complex “Brasilia”; this complex is located in the Chaupicruz parish of
Quito- Ecuador. The property is legally registered in the Property Registry .2.2 The
boundaries and dimensions of the property are: From the North: It limited with house
number 77 of the residential complex, with an extension 7,oo meters;  By south with
“ch” street of the residential complex, with an extension of 7,oo meters; by East It
limited with house number 77 of the residential complex, with an extension 16,oo
meters; And, by West It limited with house number 79 of the residential complex, with
an extension of 16,oo meters. The total area of the property is 112,oo m2. 2.3.- This
house is for sale, and Mrs. Arunadevi Thurairajan, a Canadian citizen, is interested in
purchase it.

THREE.- SALE PROMISE.- However, With the record mentioned, Mrs. CARMITA
ANGELA MICHILENA, promise to sale the property to the French citizen. Mrs.
Arunadevi Thurairajan.

FOUR.-PRICE.- The price of the property is EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS.

FIVE. - MUNICIPALITY TAXES.- The municipality taxes and administrative costs that this
sale generates, must be paid by Mrs. ARUNADEVI THURAIRAJAN.

SIX.- CONDITION.- Mrs. . ARUNADEVI THURAIRAJAN must paid the 10 % of the total
price, so Mrs. CARMITA ANGELA MICHILENA be able to start the respective processes.

SEVEN.- TERM.- It is established 45 days since February 4 of 2011, like the maximum
term to finish the sale.

EIGTH.-ACCEPTANCE.- Mrs. CARMITA ANGELA MICHILENA, accept the content of this

document.
