    I hereby write requesting for the payment of my promotion arrears.


    My promotion was to the rank of Chief Assistant Education Officer, salary grade
    level 14, notionally with effect from 1st January, 2006 and actually with effect from 1st
    January 2007 (vide the promotion letter attached). I am comfortable with the promotion
    and the variation advice raised (vide the variation advice attached0, but my promotion
    arrears are yet to be paid (vide payroll information attached).
    I therefore ask that the promotion arrears for the period be properly computed
    and paid.
