The Grand Jury charges:

COUNT1

On or about November 26, 2010, in Lee County, within the Middle District of Alabama,

KIRBY DOLLAR and


TIMOTHY WATFORD,

defendants herein, while aiding and abetting one another, and while acting under color of law,

did physically assault P.H., resulting in bodily injury to P.H. As a result of their actions, the

defendants willfully deprived P.H. of the right secured and protected by the Constitution and

laws of the United States not to be deprived of liberty without due process of law, which includes

the right not to be subjected to excessive force by one acting under color of law.

All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 242 and 2.
