As the Vendor has just received the Quit Rent demand (a photocopy of which is enclosed for your
reference), the Vendor proposed that the Purchaser settles the same to avoid delay in obtaining the
Quit Rent Receipt for 2010 in respect of the Property. The amount attributable to the Vendor can be
sort out during the apportionment. Please advice whether the Purchaser is agreeable to this. If so, we
shall forward the original bill for the quit rent 2010 issued by the Land Office for your further action.
