    Respected Sir,

    In the view of above referred B/E, we wish to inform you that we had already
    submitted the differential duty against short falling amount for USD 500.00 under manual
    TR6 Challan at that time, but now such record is not traceable from our end and are
    missing.
    Further we would like to say that bank has been remitted against the total invoice
    value, while it was USD 500.00 short in above B/E, for evidence copy of notice issued
    from Directorate of Enforcement, Department of Revenue dated 05/08/2010 is
    submitted in the file.

    Therefore, we request to you kindly take the necessary action as per request made
    by our CHA.
