Dear Appellate Court,

Equality and fairness is needed in all court rooms in order for a case to be fair.

Therefore, it would only be fair if a retrial for a black man that didn’t receive justice

at all would be take place. This man known as Tom Robinson deserves a retrial

because the jury was prejudiced, there were inconsistencies in each of the

witnesses’ testimonies and there was no medical evidence to support some portions

of the witness’s testimony.
