SM Mall of Asia (MOA) is a shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall
developer and owner in the Philippines. SM Mall of Asia is the 3rd largest shopping mall in Asia and the 4th[1] (Ref.
Forbes' World's 10 Largest Shopping Malls) largest shopping mall in the world. It has a land area of 42 hectares and
has a gross floor area of an approximate 390,193 m² (4.2 million square feet)[2] and 407,101 m² of total area. The
mall is located at Bay City, Pasay City, Philippines just near the SM Central Business Park, the Manila Bay and the
southern end of EDSA (Epifanio de los Santos Avenue). The mall attracts a daily average foot traffic of 200,000
people.

Physical details

The SM Mall of Asia mall grounds consists of four buildings interconnected by walkways; the Main Mall, the
Entertainment Mall, and the North and South Carpark Buildings.

The Main Mall includes shopping and dining establishments and the food court. The Entertainment Mall is a two-
story complex, a majority of which is open-air, facing Manila Bay.
The mall's 5,000 parking spaces are divided across two, six-story parking buildings conveniently designated the
North and South parking buildings. The South Parking building houses the mall's official SM Department Store,
while the mall's supermarket, the SM Hypermarket is located within the North Parking building.

One of the mall's somewhat-unique features is a 20-seater tram traveling around the mall grounds to ferry shoppers
around.

Concierge desks are located in the Main Mall and the Entertainment Mall.[3]

The mall includes branches of all of the standard anchor stores found in most of the SM Supermalls. The first-ever
branch of Taste Asia, one of the SM Supermalls' food court brands, is located right outside the mall's supermarket,
the sprawling SM Hypermarket.[4]

One of the mall’s main attractions is the first ever IMAX theater in the country, along with a Director's Club Theater
for intimate screenings (30 La-Z-Boy seats), a Premiere Cinema, and the CenterStage Cinema which can used for
live musical concerts and theatrical performances. The San Miguel-Coca-Cola IMAX Theatre is one of the world's
biggest IMAX screens in 3D including 2D screenings.

In addition to the mall's special theaters, it also has six regular two-tiered movie theaters similar to the ones found in
almost every SM Supermall.[5]

Star City

Star City Philippines or simply Star City is situated in the northwestern part of Pasay where most of the tourist
attractions are seen. Visiting the place will not only give you a fun-filled day but also tour around the area and see
the nearby tourist attractions such as Cultural Center of the Philippines, Coconut Palace, Philippine International
Convention Center, Manila Yacht Club, etc.

Star City is a theme and adventure park comparable to Enchanted Kingdom in Laguna. But since the latter is about
30-35 kilometers from the cities in Metro Manila such as Manila, Pasay, and Makati, most people opt for Star City
rather than losing a lot of time staying in the midst of traffic jams. Star City Philippines is also at par with Gloria
Fantasyland, housed inside Gloria de Dapitan in Dapitan.

Star City started its operation in 1991 and most of the kiddie rides are already old. The theme park continues to
replace the old and damage ones gradually to avoid any untoward incidents which notably placed their name in the
tri-media for having unsafe and old rides. But because of improvements and innovations, Star City has been
patronized again by both local and foreign tourist for its fun-filled activities.

There are many attractions which can be found only in Star City Philippines but are not in both Enchanted Kingdom
and Gloria’s Fantasyland. Both EK and GF also have their own unique rides, styles and themes which makes all 3
theme parks worth visiting. The main advantage of Star City over the two is that many of the rides are housed inside
a roofed area, which means that you can still enjoy even when it’s raining or too hot outside.

How to get to Star City

Star City is located in Sotto St., CCP Complex, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a short ride
from other known landmarks in the area such as SM Mall of Asia, Seafoods Paluto Restaurants. Taking a taxi is the
best and fastest option. Just tell the taxi to bring you to Star City which is right beside Aliw Theatre near the Cultural
Center of the Philippines and the driver will surely know that place already.

If you choose to drive from Manila, take Roxas Boulevard. It is about 3 kilometers from Kilometer Zero and Rizal
Park. If you’re from Makati City, Mandaluyong City and Pasig City, take the main road going southeast known as
EDSA and turn right once you arrive at Roxas Boulevard before you reach SM Mall of Asia. From the right turn, it
is only short 2 kilometer drive going north.

Crocodile park

Over 25 years, the Davao Crocodile Park has developed an educational program through interaction as our way of
disseminating awareness to our viewing public. Because of our desire to reach out more people, we have established
a base here in Manila. It aims to provide wildlife experience and build enduring relationships between people and
wildlife in creating a balance ecosystem.

To date, we have shared our mission to over 150,000 Luzon students. It is a fact that our shows and its educational
value received praises from students, teachers and parents alike.

Because of the popularity of our wildlife, crocodile educational show,  program and a minds-on  & hands-on
interactive science exhibit, last year  we showcased The Butterfly House,  Insectariums, an Ostrich mini-Farm and a
mini-Petting Zoo. Now, we will be adding more  activities like MARINE WORLD and Mini-Natural History
Museum Thus, making us your  One-Stop learning, Interactive and Leisure Hub, in the heart of the City.
