Trident-Hilton wants to test the quality of food dishes served to 28 consumers at different

location. The customers are basically from the higher income group. These consumers were
asked to give their opinion about the quality /TASTE OF THE FOUR COMMON NON-
VEGETARIAN DISHES SERVED TO THEM. The analysis of the problem would give the
variance between the dependent variable (rating) and the independent variables (non-vegetarian
dishes)

Four dishes are as follows:

At random these 28 consumers were asked for their preference on the scale of 10 (1=not liked at
all, and 10= most preferred dish)

Seven different locations are coded as follows:
