We refer to the above matter. We are pleased to confirm here with our intention to lease
at RM 138,672,000.00 lump sum, offered. Payment with 10% deposit as upon agree to
lease the estate.

The lease of the estate shall also included the acquisition of the estate's properties :

a. Land Area (856 acres).

b. Other Properties belongs to the estates.

We also need the documents from your office:-

a. Letter of Offer from your company and mention the Selling price
b. Copy of the Land Titles
c. Latest Report of FFB of 2009
d. Capacity per ton of CPO from your oil mill per day per month.
e. Clear copy from your company.
f. Letter Permission to visit property.
