KPCL has tied with Ebara Refrigeration Equipment & Systems (ERS), Japan to bring the state of the art Ebara
Vapour Absorption Chillers (VAC) in to INDIA.

ERS is a fully owned subsidiary of Ebara Corporation having annual turnover in excess of USD 5 Billion. ERS
has been manufacturing Vapour Absorption Chillers since 1963 and is a leader in this field.

Kirloskar Ebara Vapour Absorption Chillers waste heat (such as Hot water / Hot steam from process etc.) as
energy input and provide chilled water of 6 to 7 Deg C. Vapour absorption chillers. Our VACs can use other
fuels such as gas, kerosene, oil etc. The chilled water so generated with the use of waste heat can be used
effectively for air conditioning and other process applications.
