    General Matters
    1. Brussels
    ◦ Awaiting confirmation for visit from European Parliament
    ◦ Planned hostels might be now unavailable, will look at other options.
    ◦ Dining is sorted.
    2. Plenary Session
    ◦ Next plenary session to take place Wednesday, April 14th, 2011.
    ◦ Room reseved but not confirmed, to be announced on monday.

    3. Voting Motions
    ◦ Increase the number of Agorá plenary sessions to twice a month (Treasurer)
    ◦ Create Agora's Bank Account with an ethical bank (ASN).
    ◦ Draft and lobby a proposal to install tap-water fountains all over school (Ombudsman).
    4. Committees
    ◦ Movies Nights: Congratulations Zander for becoming committee head! We will be
    presented with a list of movies to vote on in order to bring you the movies you are most
    interested in.
    ◦ Borrell: Agorá's birthday will take place on Thursday, 21st of March, 2011! Open-air
    pre-party BBQ as a proposed option. No Committee head yet.
    ◦ Sports: The committee failed to meet last week. We will attempt to re-organize this
    week. No Committee Head Yet.

    5. Tap Water Project


    ◦ Given the experiences of the Water Conference, Agorá would like to write a proposal
    for the building of tap-water fountains all around The Hague campus IF VOTING
    MOTION IS PASSED!
    ◦ We already have some contacts who are ready to leap into action when we give the
    word. → Lorenzo de Rita (jointhepipe.org), Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Cornelieke de
    Klerk (Jongerenvertengenwoordiger UNESCO), Andriol Andriol (HHS Student
    Affairs), Anna Ike Postma (BRV Coordinator studiesucces).
    ◦ We need a committee to meet with these people, draft and write a proposal, and lobby it
    to the administration through Student Affairs.

    6. Website
    ◦ Would like to establishing a committee to work on website until end of summer.
    ◦ We thought it would be cool to involve people from “Media and Design” and the “IT”
    courses within HHS (perhaps those who need to make-up assignments etc.).
    7. Legal Status
    ◦ Bank Account – We are considering opening Agora's bank account with ASN, an ethical
    bank.
    ◦ Organization or Union?
