Abigail is a found character because we know her motivations and her desires. She is motivated
to accuse the townspeople of being witches so that she can eliminate John Proctor's wife,
making it possible that they may be able to have a romantic relationship. She is manipulative,
pressuring the other young girls to continue the charade and threatening them if they do not
comply.
