  Earlier  this Court  by order  dated   4th  May,  2010  disposed   of  the 

prayer   regarding   interim   relief.     This   Court   has   given   detailed   reasons   and 

observed that no relief could be granted to the petitioner at that stage . The 

Court   further   directed   the   parties   to   abide   by   the   arrangement   during   the 

pendency   of   this   petition.     In   spite   of   the   aforesaid   order,   the   present   Civil 

Application is filed for interim relief.  Considering the facts and circumstances of 

the case and considering the reasoning given by the earlier Bench, no interim 

relief now can be granted in this Civil Application.   The learned counsel for the 

applicant   is   not   in   a   position   to   point   out   any   ground   supporting   the   Civil 
KPP -2-

Application.     Civil   Application   is   accordingly   rejected.   Hearing   of   the   writ 

petition is, however, expedited.
