AIM How to make Black Forest Cake

10 egg yolks
INGREDIENT 5 egg whites
S 150 gr caster sugar
15 gr emulsifier
60 gr flour
40 g cocoa powder
15 g cornstarch
15 g milk powder
150 gr margarine, melted
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees


STEPS - Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until dough thickens and leave
tracks
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and powdered milk and
then input into the batter and stir with a spatula
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk into liquid margarine and
then input into the batter, stirring until blended back (make sure
there are no remaining margarine in the bottom of the container)
- Pour into baking pan 22x22x4 cm in 3-me-on Cover margarine
and baking paper
- Oven with a temperature of 180 degrees about 15 - 20min, or
until cooked
-Ok black forest cake ready to be served
