About Kishore Biyani
 Kishore Biyani began his career selling stonewash
fabric to small shop in Mumbai.
 He has launched pantaloon, one of the biggest listed
retailers of the country.
 Pantaloon is created with launching many retail
formats in value and lifestyle retailing under some of
the best known retailing brand names in the country,
including Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Central and
Home.
 He believed in Ideology “create and destroy”

 Kishore Biyani was awarded the Ernst & Young

Entrepreneur of the year 2006 inn service sector.
 He was also awarded in CNBC First Generation
Entrepreneur of the year of 2006.

Manmohan Singh.

Characteristic
1. Visionary:-He is true visionary when he started
selling readymade garments when nobody
preferred ready to wear shirts and trousers. Now
his vision is serving Indian society and which is
unchallenged.
2. Risk Taker:- He tried out different thing on his
own, like ready made garmnets, textile
production, creating brand before he ventured in
retail bussiness of selling garmnets.

1. Ambitious:- He always had ambition of making

it big in business and that he have done
2. Simplicity:- He don’t wear tie and jacket.
Always wear simple shirt and trouser.
3. Optimistic:- Today, he ‘s transformed into
“realist”. He is the chairman of the Rs. 8600
corers Future Group, which has today moved
away from retail in to finical analysis
