    -The last name as single person of the mother of Matt GRoenning is Wiggum, name of the head of
    police of Springfield. Whereas the resto f the secundary personages take their names from streets
    of Portland.

    -According to the driving licence of Homer, His measure is 1.76 metres, his weight is 108kg, he has
    blue eyes and born the 12 from May of 1956

    -The followers of the series., like the own producer David Silverman, agree that Waylon Smithers is
    homosexual, or at least, bisexual, but it never be said by Smithers in the serie.

    -The name of Bart is a game of words of “brat” (mocoso), but Matt has said that the personage is
    inspired by himself and his brother Mark.

    -The friendo of Bart receives the name of the ex-president Richard Milhous Nixon.

    -Moe’s tavern is base don a real bar called Fireside. It is located near Loyola Marymount University.

    CRITICISM AND CONTROVERSY

    Bart's rebellious nature, which frequently resulted in no punishment for his misbehavior, led some
    parents and conservatives to characterize him as a poor role model for children. In schools,
    educators claimed that Bart was a "threat to learning" because of his "underachiever and proud of
    it" attitude and negative attitude regarding his education.

    1992, then-President George H. W. Bush said, "We are going to keep on trying to strengthen the
    American family, to make American families a lot more like the Waltons and a lot less like the
    Simpsons."

    Various episodes of the show have generated controversy. The Simpsons visited Australia in "Bart
    vs. Australia" (season six, 1995) and Brazil in "Blame it on Lisa" (season 13, 2002) and both

    Recomendación.
    Finally, I’m going to say, that in spite of the big quality and the humour, it is a little bit
    difficult to understand by people like us. So I don’t recommend it to you to begin to
    watch English series.
