    In Brief

    Participants are supposed to make cartoons or paste paper clippings based on the topic that they are
    provided on the spot.

    Rules

    The event can consist of an individual participant or a group of two.

    A paper of A2 size would be provided to the participants.

    Colors, water colors, pencil, pastels and any other stationary would be provided by us.

    The participants are supposed to represent the idea of the topic within an hour.

    Entry fees for an individual or a grp is Rs. 10/-
