2011 Solutions Showcase Advance Reservation Form
1. Fill out this form & drop in the box at the 2011 Bridge Conference Booth #311.
2. Write your company name ON the 2010 Display Floor Plan in the booth you have chosen.
3. A $500 deposit will be required to complete the reservation – you will be contacted for
this deposit by August 13, 2010. (Full payment required by Dec. 31, 2010)
4. Further details with confirmation of your booth selection and your contract will be sent
to you once full payment is received.
REFUND POLICY
Full refund will be made for your booth payment (less $500 deposit) for written cancellations received by
The Bridge Conference offices before March 1, 2011. No refunds after that date.
