3a. THAT Waikato Tainui Te Kauhanganui (Inc) RECEIVE Report on the Taamaki Makarau
Claims.

3b. THAT Waikato Tainui Te Kauhanganui (Inc) ENDORSE recommendation to advise the
Minister of Treaty Settlements that Te Kauhanganui supports the Iwi claims of Ngai Tai ki
Taamaki, Ngaati Tamaoho, Te Aki Tai and Ngaati Te Ata in Taamaki Makaurau.

Horanganui.

5b. THAT Waikato Tainui Te Kauhanganui (Inc) ENDORSE Recommendation to establish a

Working Party with Rangimaarie Te Horanganui, to prepare a FULL proposal for the
community utilisation of the Collins Road Site, to be presented at the next General
Meeting.
