    1.0 Opening Address

    The Staff Club President, Nadia thanked the committee for being present at the meeting. She
    then distributed a list of names in the working committee for the forthcoming annual dinner.

    2.0 Update on the Organising of Annual Dinner

    Although Nadia has earlier sent an email to the staff to take a vote on the venue between
    Eastin Hotel and Evergreen Laurel Hotel, she recommended that the polls feedback be
    disregarded as she has just received a more reasonable quotation from Setia Pearl Island
    Country Club. The committee has agreed to take up Setia Pearl as our Annual Dinner
    venue. Encik Amin offered to arrange a bus to take the staff to venue of the dinner
    after work on Friday 15 APRIL 2010.
