MYATT’S FIELDS PARK

Food Manager
for Myatt’s Fields Park Two year Fixed Term until 2013
Part Time 21 Hours per week £17,600 per annum

Myatt’s Fields Park has undergone a £3 million renovation which was

completed in 2010. We are now building on this with an exciting new
food project which involves using food grown in our greenhouses to
supply our café, as well as a range of food projects.

Funding from the Big Lottery Fund’s Local Food scheme has been secured
for a Food Manager who will manage and develop our café business as
well as running food based community projects in the park.

Your aim will be to develop a food project in Myatt’s Fields Park which
will promote healthy eating, provide training and employment, develop
a local food culture and showcase locally grown food.

You will be part of a partnership spanning London Borough of Lambeth

and the voluntary sector, breathing new life into a much-loved local park.
