    Room Assignment : TBA (waiting for the approval of the OVCI)

    Mode of Enlistment : Manual Enlistment (Student to Professor)

    REMINDERS:
    1. You first need to secure a certificate indicating that you are graduating within the AY
    2011-2012 from the OCS.
    2. After securing a certification, submit the said certification to AYING at DSS.
    3. Manual enlistment will ONLY start once the petition for the classroom has been
    approved by the OVCI.
    4. DSS will prioritize students who have submitted a certification (1st priority- graduating
    this summer; 2nd priority-graduating on the 1st sem; and 3rd priority-graduating on the
    2nd semester).
    5. Prerog will ONLY be accommodated if there will still be slots left after the manual
    enlistment.
