Things I will improve if I take this position:

I would like to improve the training process for new members of the team. By experienced, I started
to work here 3 years ago and I came without any knowledge about Radiopharmacy at all and I think
a more structured training will make the process quick and efficient. I would like to create a training
program with time targets and I will distribute the production the best way in order for me as the
trainer and the trainee to achieve it without affecting the production itself.

I would like to use my IT skills to improve production. I would like to reduce the amount of paper
involved every day in the packing process. Nowadays most Courier Companies use computers with
all the information about the products they have to deliver. We should look for a similar facility to be
installed in our department. This would help to speed up the process of packing all the doses and it
will improve the delivery process in order to make it more efficient.

I would ask the company to set up an e-mail account, similar to the one we use to order products
from Covidien, to be used for our customers to send the orders every day. This will reduce the
number of missing orders and misunderstanding because of writing errors.
