GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCTING THE

‘RESEARCH REPORT’ WORK


1. Students have to select a topic from the area
of their specialization.

2. Students should ensure that they are working


on distinct topics (this is especially applicable
for students of same specialization but under
different mentors.)

3. Mentors can devote time (at any time that is


suitable for them and the students) for
answering the project related queries of the
students.

4. A mock viva on research project report may be


scheduled sometime in the first week of April
2011.

5. At the end the mentors are required to give


their valuable remarks for the assessment of
the Research Reports of the students under
their guidance.

6. A time frame may be fixed by the mentors for


freezing the Research Report related activities
as per the table given in the next page:
